Kandathippili Rasam Powder

This is a dry powder prepared for Kandathippili Rasam and can be stored in an airtight container.


  • 2 Cups Kandathippili
  • 1/2 Cup Black pepper
  • 1 Cup Corriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Curry Leaves

Kandathippili powder
1) Heat a Kadai and in medium flame sauté Kandathippili for few secs.

2) Then add Pepper, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves and Coriander seeds and sauté again.

3) Transfer them to a bowl to cool down and grind them.

Your Kandathippili Rasam powder is ready.
