Capsicum also called as bell peppers, have been in existence for about 9000 years. This Capsicum raita/Capsicum Thayir pachadi is a tasty dish prepared by adding curd to fried capsicums.
- 2 Capsicums/Green bell peppers (chopped)
- 1 cup Curd/Yoghurt
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
1) Heat oil in a kadai and add Mustard seeds to crackle.
2) After it crackles, add capsicum and fry till they become roasted and cooked.
3) Add salt to curd and whisk it. Add capsicum to curd and mix well.
Tasty Capsicum raita is ready.
