- 1 cup Red Flattened rice
- 2 tbsp powdered Jaggery
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Grated Coconut
1) Wash Flattened rice in water and keep aside for 15 mins.
2) Mix cardamom powder, jaggery and coconut to Flattened rice.
Delicious and healthy sweet is ready.
1) We don't need to soak Flattened rice in water, just washing it is enough. If you feel it needs more water, you can sprinkle water on it.
2) This sweet needs to be consumed immediately after preparing.
3) In-case you didn't get the Red one, you can go for white one(thick variety)
4) Adding 1 tbsp of finely chopped dates to this sweet, gives a wholesome start in the morning.
