Pepper Cumin Powder


 Instant powders always save us when we cook in a hurry. One such powder is this Pepper Cumin Powder and I add this to rasam, koottu and any veggie fry. Also I mix this powder in hot rice with ghee and have it when I have fever or cold.

This powder is made with Zero oil and loads of curry leaves. Also regular intake of pepper and cumin in our diet, increases our digestion power.

Idli milagai podi is an easy side-dish for idli and dosai. When there is no time to prepare chutney or sambar, this dry powder is mixed with sesame oil to turn it into a great side dish.
